All standard appointments offer at least 30-minute private consultation with our expert physiotherapists. This means you get the full attention of your physiotherapist with no time wasted during your treatment session.
Our clinic is fitted with a HICAPS terminal for on-the-spot health fund claiming. All major private health insurers, such as Bupa, Medibank Private, NIB, HCF and many more, are accepted. Because claims are processed immediately, you only pay the out-of-pocket difference. This saves you time and money by eliminating the need for you to rebate directly through your health insurer.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I Claim With My Health Fund?
Yes. Private health insurance rebates can be claimed directly through our HICAPS terminal in our clinics with your health fund card. You can also claim after the session through your insurer’s online claim system.
Do You Accept Compulsory Third Party claims?
Yes. We make Compulsory Third Party (CTP) Insurance claims simple for our clients. After our initial assessment, we submit a treatment plan to your insurer and, once approved, all payments are handled between us and your third party insurer.
Do You Accept Medicare Plans?
Yes. Medicare Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plans, formerly known as Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) Plans are accepted at Anytime Physio. You will require a valid GP Management Plan or Team Care Arrangement from your Doctor. Our standard rates are payable at the time of your appointment and the rebate will be processed to your eligible debit card.
How Do I prepare For An Appointment?
In your Initial Consultation, we will ask about your injury and pain, how it happened, what makes it worse, what makes it better and any relevant medical history. It is generally helpful if you have thought about this so you provide this information when asked. Please also wear closed in shoes (if possible) and loosely fitting clothing to all physiotherapy appointments.
Do You Accept WorkCover Cases?
Yes. WorkCover or Worker’s Compensation claims are accepted at Anytime Physio. We require that you provide a valid, up-to-date copy of your WorkCover medical certificate. The medical certificate must clearly state that physiotherapy is required for treatment. Our standard rates are payable at the time of your appointment. You can claim your rebate through WorkCover by submitting your invoice through the WorkCover app.
What Do I Do If I Am NOt Feeling Better
While many people will recovery well with conservative management consisting of rest, soft tissue massage, manual therapy, dry needling and therapeutic exercise, some conditions may present with ongoing symptoms. Our physiotherapists will help you identify the potential cause of these symptoms and, if necessary, refer you for scans (i.e. x-rays, ultrasounds and MRIs) or for a second opinion from a doctor or specialist.
