Dry needling is included as part of your physiotherapy appointment. Your tier reflects your physiotherapist's experience and advanced training. You're welcome to choose, or we'll match you with the right clinician.

Initial and follow-up appointments are charged at the same price; you simply choose the length that suits. Most first visits work best as a 45- or 60-minute appointment so we have time for a thorough assessment, hands-on treatment and a clear plan. Follow-ups can be shorter once we know what we're working with.
30 minutes suits focused follow-ups and quick check-ins. 45 minutes is our most common length and works well for most first visits. 60 minutes gives extra time for complex problems, multiple areas, or special-interest appointments like women's health, headache and migraine, or vertigo and dizziness.
Special-Interest Appointments
Our special-interest areas (women's and men's health, headache and migraine, vertigo and dizziness, paediatrics and lymphatic drainage) are charged at our Senior rate as a minimum, or the Clinic Partner rate where the service is provided by a clinic partner. Because they need a thorough assessment, initial appointments are usually 45 to 60 minutes. For example, a 60-minute appointment is $295 (Senior minimum) or $313 (Clinic Partner).
Pilates Fees
Run by physiotherapists with clinical Pilates training, privately one-to-one, or in a group of up to three that you bring. An individual assessment is required first.

Private sessions are charged at the same rate as physiotherapy of the same length. Group sessions are a maximum of 3 people you bring yourself, and split the session fee evenly, so the more people join, the less each person pays.
Sessions are run by a physiotherapist with clinical Pilates training, so it’s rehab-grade exercise programming, not a generic class.

- In group classes, a maximum of three people so the physio can still watch and correct everyone

Health Funds & Rebates
Our clinic is fitted with a HICAPS terminal for on-the-spot health-fund claiming. We accept all major private health insurers, including Bupa, Medibank Private, NIB and HCF, as well as Medicare Chronic Disease Management plans, DVA, WorkCover and CTP claims.
