Who we are
Anytime Physio operates a physiotherapy, podiatry and clinical Pilates clinic at Shop B6 Gasworks Plaza, 76 Skyring Terrace, Newstead QLD 4006. This policy applies to information we collect through this website and in the course of providing our services. Where we refer to “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean Anytime Physio.
Information we collect
We collect personal information that you choose to give us, including:
- Booking details such as your name, email, phone number and the appointment you select when you book online.
- Enquiry details that you send us when you email or call the clinic.
- Chat messages you send through the website chat widget, plus any name, email or phone number you provide so our team can respond.
- Technical information such as your browser type and the page you arrived from, used to operate and secure the site.
You do not have to provide your details to browse the site, but we need them to take a booking or reply to an enquiry.
How we use your information
We use your personal information to:
- schedule, confirm and manage your appointments;
- respond to your enquiries and chat messages;
- provide and improve our clinical services; and
- meet our legal, insurance and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising to you.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run our bookings and website chat. These providers process your information on our behalf and only for the purposes described below. Some may store or process data outside Australia; each maintains its own privacy practices, linked below.

Chat widget and your browser
Our chat widget is provided by Quicka. Nothing is sent until you open the chat. When you do, a random visitor identifier is stored in your browser so a conversation can continue across visits, and the messages you send are delivered to Quicka so our team can reply. Clearing your browser storage removes that identifier.
How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, including transport encryption on this website and access controls with our service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, or if you have a concern about how we have handled your information, please contact us using the details below. If we cannot resolve your concern, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
