Reformer Pilates Classes
Our Reformer Pilates classes are run by physiotherapists trained in clinical Pilates, so your program is tailored to your needs, your goals, and any condition you're managing or rehabilitating.

Clinical Pilates on the Reformer
Clinical Pilates takes an individualised approach to exercise prescription, tailoring exercises to your body, your goals and the condition you’re managing. Our Reformer Pilates appointments are run by a physiotherapist trained in clinical Pilates, so what you do on the machine is matched to your assessment, not a fixed routine.
Because every class is led by a physio, our Reformer Pilates sessions can form an important part of the injury rehabilitation and recovery process. They sit naturally alongside our clinical Pilates program and any hands-on physiotherapy you might be doing.
Extended trading hours mean sessions can be booked before and after work, during lunch breaks, and on weekends, built to fit around busy schedules.
What Reformer Pilates Can Do for You
The Reformer's spring resistance, glide and support let us load the body in ways the mat alone can't, making it ideal for both rehab and performance.
Who Reformer Pilates Is For
Because each program is tailored, Reformer Pilates suits a wide range of people, from those rehabilitating an injury to active people wanting to train better.
Returning from injury
Recovering from a back, neck, hip, knee or shoulder issue and ready to rebuild strength under guidance.
Active people & athletes
Runners, climbers, cyclists, lifters and team-sport athletes wanting to bulletproof their training.
Pre- & postnatal
Safe progressions through pregnancy and gentle, structured return to exercise after birth.
Office workers
Counter the effects of long hours at the desk: posture, mobility and core control.
Your First Session
Everyone starts with an individual physiotherapy assessment. It is required before taking part in a group session, and it is how your physio personalises the program to your body.
After that assessment your physio builds a program around your goals and current ability. Sessions are offered in 30, 45 and 60-minute durations. There is no set class timetable: you either book a private one-to-one session, or organise your own group of up to three and split the session fee between you. Most major health funds offer rebates on physiotherapy-led Pilates.
